These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Effectiway Cleaning’s website and services in Australia. By making a booking or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

“We/Us” means Effectiway Cleaning. “You/Customer” means the person or entity requesting services. “Services” means cleaning services described on our site or in your booking confirmation.
We deliver services as outlined in your quote/confirmation. Add-ons or tasks outside the standard checklist may require additional time. We may reasonably refuse unsafe or inappropriate tasks.
Bookings are confirmed via email or message. Please provide accurate access details and any special instructions in advance. To reschedule or cancel without fees, notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment; same-day changes depend on crew availability.
You must ensure safe access to the premises and disclose risks (pets, alarms, hazards, sensitive surfaces). We follow reasonable safety practices and may pause or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
Quotes outline the expected scope and time. Invoices are issued upon completion or as otherwise agreed. Payment methods and due dates are stated on the invoice or booking confirmation. Late or unpaid amounts may be subject to reasonable follow-up and administrative recovery steps.
Where we arrive and cannot gain access or the job is materially different to the description, we may charge a reasonable call-out or time-based fee. Delays caused by factors beyond our control may shift start or finish times; we will keep you informed.
If something is missed, contact us within 24 hours with details and photos if possible. We will re-attend to address affected areas within a reasonable timeframe as part of our quality promise.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of re-supply. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please secure valuables and identify fragile or high-value items before service. Normal wear, pre-existing damage, improper installation or manufacturer defects are outside our responsibility.
We use commonly accepted products and equipment. On request, we can use low-odor or client-supplied products. You are responsible for informing us about allergies, sensitivities or restricted areas.
Website content, branding, text and media are owned by or licensed to Effectiway Cleaning and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or reuse content without permission.
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using our site or services, you consent to handling of personal information as described there.
